Our Story
We’re a family of four on a mission to share the benefits of working out together — building stronger bodies, deeper connections, and memories that last a lifetime.
What started as morning workouts before school turned into something bigger. A lot bigger. These days, over 460,000 people follow along on Instagram as we train, laugh, sweat (a lot), and show what it looks like when fitness becomes a family thing.
At the heart of it? Movement, connection, and consistency — not perfection. You’ll see us lifting weights, chasing goals, and occasionally tripping over the dog mid-burpee. Because this isn’t just a fitness page. It’s real life — shared in reps.

Meet the 'Fam'
We’re just a regular family — our day jobs are far away from the fitness space, so our workouts happen before the other life chaos kicks in. Most mornings we’re up by 6am, warming up with a 1.5km (or 1 mile) jog, followed by a 40-minute HIIT session. We’re usually done by just after 8, with enough time to scrub up, wrangle uniforms, pack bags, and get everyone where they need to be.
But here’s the thing — it doesn’t matter when you fit it in. Morning, lunchtime, after dinner — the magic is that it takes less than an hour. If we can do it, you can too. No excuses — just a bit of movement, a splash of commitment, and maybe one strong coffee.
